Objective of Permanance

     To ensure the experiences and knowledge gained are use productively allowing for a permanent future of the technology in the region the GiroAfrica2010 needs to have clear goals set out in the beginning, highlighting the most important objectives of the project substainablity in a region that can benefit greatly from this technology.

The most advanced societies can contribute significantly to the development of those areas, where the introduction of practical initiatives to promote civil progress can only generate benefits for their people.  GiroAfrica2010 shares the same ideal.

It is very important to disseminate the extraordinary Spanish contribution to the development of aviation that was the brainchild of Don Juan de la Cierva (CT Fernando Roselló, Diario la Verdad, Murcia, 1/10/07) and the tireless work of those who continue updating and improving the autogiro.







GiroAfrica2010 seeks to establish a passage for intercontinental air  travel between southern Europe and  the African continent. Setting this goal for the part of the twenty-first century, knowing that the future repercusions are extremely positive, involving a broad set of responsibilities  both socially and in the advancement of the technology .

      The knowledge and experience gained from the expedition will be published on the website.  All media gather of the trip will be published on the website aswell as for photography exhibitions with a mission to spread the ideals and experiences of the project . In addition, editing and presentation an eBook GiroAfrica2010 giving insight into future projects to be undertake by the team,

Thanks to the expedition diary it is possible for our followers to be kept up to date each day of the adventure.  The dairy will updated in a blog format on the website, giving insight for the follows of interesting places to plan their future trips.  Those who wish to leave comments about the trip, supporting the team while on thier expedition. The Project will also be accessible also via the the most important social web pages: FACEBOOK, MYSPACE, TWITTER and TWENTY.
