One of the recent breakthroughs in the history of our institutions is its appears always a good time to speak about the African continent, and particularly their people and the life of the villages.

This interest has continued and been maintained by representatives and members of institutions that have the privilege of being the spokespersons of the most advanced societies on earth, making it possible for countries that make up this great multitude of cultures, have an opportunity to become nations that plan, in the broadest sense, an indomitable spirit of prosperity and glory.

One of the biggest challenges for Africa is to try to convert some wrong doings by the state in the past century. Despite their severity these acts they have not taken away the spirit and prosperity of the African People. Every way that contributes to the new Africa, helping the African people gain the rights, being a link in this process gives a clear signal that we are not moving away from our very honorable objectives.
